Sleep Position Ratings

Very good, with firmness selection being key. The Soft is the strongest starting point for side sleepers under 130 lbs or anyone who wants maximum shoulder and hip contouring. The Medium works well for average-weight side sleepers up to around 200 lbs. Test both in the showroom before deciding.

Good to very good. The zoned lumbar coils and medium-firm feel of the Medium and Firm options provide solid spinal alignment for back sleepers across most body weights. The Soft may allow more hip sink than heavier back sleepers need for proper alignment.

Good in the Firm option. The firmer surface provides better hip support and spinal alignment for stomach sleepers at average body weights. The Soft and Medium may allow too much hip sink for stomach sleepers above 150 lbs.
